While each individual's journey will look different - Our 4 step journey is the map we follow to get you from where you are currently to living a pain-free and active life.
Step 1:
Call / Consultation

The discovery call is about knowing IF I can help you. More precisely, to see if I am the best resource for you.
I want to learn about your goals, why they’re important to you, and what are the things that are currently limiting you.

​We don’t start anything before understanding the problem so deeply that we’re already halfway into solving it.​
The consult is about going to the ROOT of the issue, and presenting you the PLAN to get rid of it.
​​
If we decide we are a good fit to work together, we’ll move on to Phase 2.
Step 2:
Assessment & Testing
We assess, we don't guess.
​ The goal is to get to know your current abilities and limitations.
​
We test the flexibility and the mobility of your joints head to toe, testing your strength, tolerance, stability and anything that is relevant to your problem.
The results of the assessment will determine the actual program.

All the data gathered from the assessment phase will be brought together for a fully customized program tailored to you.
Step 3:
Design & Build
​
Here we will build foundational skills, and habits, and foster the mindset necessary to reach your dream outcome that we discussed during your consultation and assessment.

We do the work as a real team. You get the education, mentorship and exercises you need to develop confidence and competence to be independent.
Step 4: Freedom
​
This is the point where you are moving pain-free, you feel confident and competent in your abilities, and you have successfully built and implemented positive daily habits.
You have the energy to explore new hobbies and interests once thought beyond your reach and you finally feel like YOU.
We consider the mission complete when you start to positively
influence people around you.
